Marshal Hilton Fine Art ships worldwide with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. We do not up-charge ANY shipping or Carrier fees. U.S. Domestic Shipping times normally range from 5 to 7 business days, though unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery times.You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

FedEx & UPS Ground:

FedEx and UPS will attempt three deliveries prior to having the artwork sent back to our office. The customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees to re-send your Artwork.

USPS:

The Postal Service (USPS) will attempt I or 2 attempts to deliver you package. After the second attempt it will be held for 15 days. If left unclaimed for 15 days the artwork will be sent back to our office. The customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees to re-send your Artwork.

All Marshal Hilton Fine Art prints will be shipped with delivery signature required. If you would like the signature waived, you will be required to acknowledge in writing (email preferred) stating that you understand that Marshal Hilton Fine Art will not be held liable for any theft or loss of shipment.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products ( Metal and Acrylic Prints ) over 30″ on the short side, or over 40″ in length must be crated at an additional cost.

* Large Format Products over 40″ long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We will provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests*

  • If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us via email or leave us a phone message. Marshal Hilton Fine Art sales representative will contact you regarding your shipping preferences.
  • APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
  • Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
  • We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
  • Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

* Due to Russian customs regulations, we are unable to ship to residential addresses within Russia. Shipments must be sent to a business address and imported through a business only.

Note: We may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

Can I ship to more than one address?

We only ship to the address listed on the order.

Who pays any duties or taxes?

Marshal Hilton Fine Art is not responsible for Duties and Taxes required for International shipping.

  • International buyers are responsible for all miscellaneous charges imposed following the purchase of your artwork, to include but not limited to: International Fees, Customs, Duties, and Taxes.
  • If you are an International customer, it is suggested that you act quickly to claim your purchase. The International Customs process prefers to expedite the process of claiming shipments. The time allotted to claim your property varies. We advise checking with your Customs agent for details and procedures. Artwork left unclaimed will either be sent back to us or become property of the Government. If your Artwork is returned to us, there will be additional shipping fees to have the artwork returned to you.
  • Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
  • If shipment exceeds $5,000 you will need to hire a customs broker to provide the information and requirements needed to clear the shipment and complete delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your purchase transaction is complete, the shipping quote provided is accepted and paid in full, and the print is ready to ship, we will send an email to the address provided on the Purchase Order for your print. It will contain the name of the carrier, estimated time of arrival, and a link to the Tracking and Delivery details.

Is my artwork insured during shipment?

All Marshal Hilton Fine Art prints are required to be fully insured prior to leaving our production facilities. We will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order. MHFA is not responsible or liable for shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?*

If the package shows signs of damage, it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. We suggest that you do not refuse delivery. Instead, ensure that the driver notes that the print was damaged. Please keep the original packaging, including the box and all packing materials.

  • Submit at least 5 to 8 digital photographs of the box and any damage to [email protected]. A request for repair or replacement will only be honored if submitted within 7 days of delivery*. Please include the INVOICE NUMBER from your box and the last name on the subject line of the email. If there is a preferred method of reaching you or a certain time of day, please include that information in the email.

A representative of Marshal Hilton Fine Art will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions. It is our goal to expedite the repair or replacement of your print as soon as possible.

* Marshal Hilton Fine Art, nor any affiliated carrier is responsible for damages incurred that are reported after the 7 day initial delivery inspection date when customer took position of the print. MHFA is not responsible for damage caused during hanging, mounting, or framing, or during any secondary transportation after the initial delivery. For this reason MHFA strongly recommends that each piece be carefully inspected upon receipt.

Can I ship to a PO box?

No.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on where the piece is being shipped. U.S. Domestic Shipping times normally range from 5 to 7 business days, though unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery times.You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can you arrange to ship my art to a different address after my order is placed?

We must be notified prior to the shipment leaving our production partners facility’s for any address updates. Should you change the delivery destination to a taxable state we will need to collect any applicable tax fees prior to the artwork leaving our facility.

If we are notified of an address change after the item has left our facility then you will be responsible for any and all shipment reroute fees.
