The hanging and installation of your fine art prints from Marshal Hilton Fine Art should be carried out by an experienced professional. Unless specifically requested, all of our prints ( HD Metallic & Acrylic Face Mount Prints ) will be shipped with the appropriate wall mount hardware for the size and weight of your print.

( Paper Prints are shipped unmounted )

How do I light my print?

There are many different ways to illuminate your artwork, most are personal preference. For a gallery quality viewing experience we recommend MR16 halogen bulbs utilizing a mixture of spotlight and spread lighting options. We suggest you seek the advice of a qualified electrician or lighting professional for the installation of lighting accessories.

What should I use to clean my print?

Whenever it is necessary to clean the surface of your MHFA print we recommend using Brillianize plastic and glass cleaner on Acrylic prints. It is engineered to protect plastic and glass by reducing grazing. Brillianize is non-toxic and safe to use on all hard shiny surfaces. It contains no alcohol so it won’t damage your acrylic print.

Or, you can also simply dust the surface glaze with a clean, soft, damp cloth or chamois. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water, ( Spray Bottle works best ) and dry gently, blotting the cloth on the surface.

DO NOT USE dry or gritty cloths. They may cause surface scratches on your print.

DO NOT USE window cleaning sprays, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this may cause permanent damage to your image.
